The Pure Gold Uplift Foundation is a Virginia based non-profit corporation established in November 2019. This non-profit foundation was established by professional men who are graduates of Norfolk State University. The foundation has been certified to operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the statues of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.

The foundation has been incorporated for the purpose of giving back to others by supporting community initiatives and projects related to education, charitable, and social uplifting activities. Specific foundation goals include but are not limited to providing scholarships and educational resources; offering mentoring opportunities to area youth; supporting under-served and homeless citizens; and collaborating with other social, religious, charitable, educational and non-profit entities as deemed necessary.
